📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Upon receipt of your payment, your order is prepared for shipment from our logistics network.

Standard processing: 1–3 working days.
Orders placed before 14:00 are usually processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 14:00 or on the weekend are processed on the next working day.
Busy periods: During promotions, holidays, or exceptional circumstances, processing time may increase to a maximum of 5 working days.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been successfully placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

> ⚠️ Cancellation Note: Standard orders can only be canceled before they are processed and packed by our warehouse network. Custom-made/Print-on-Demand (POD) items and special pre-ordered stock cannot be canceled or modified at any time once payment is completed.

Maximum Delivery Guarantee & Exceptions
In accordance with Article 18 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, we guarantee delivery within 30 days of your order confirmation. If we are unable to meet this timeframe due to transit delays, we will inform you proactively, and you retain the right to cancel your order free of charge for a full refund.

Force Majeure Exception: The 30-day delivery timeline will be paused and recalculated if the shipment is delayed, disrupted, or prevented in whole or in part by reasons of Force Majeure (including but not limited to: acts of God, war, strikes, customs inspections, epidemics, floods, storms, or heavy snowfall).
Unresolved Address Issues: If a package is marked "pending delivery" or "failed delivery" due to an incorrect/incomplete address, a missing phone number, or because there is no safe delivery location, the customer must contact or visit their local post office to claim the item. CreviRest is not liable for packages destroyed or abandoned by carriers due to uncollected shipments.

💶 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed dynamically during the checkout process, before you confirm your order.
Volume-Based Shipping: For large or bulky items exceeding standard volumetric dimensions (typically packages over 2kg where volume exceeds dead weight), shipping costs will be adjusted and billed according to carrier volume metrics at checkout.

🛡️ Transport Protection (+€2.99)

For an additional fee of €2.99, you can secure your package via our Transport Protection. This protection covers:
Complete loss of the package in transit.
Damage sustained during transport.
Delivery errors directly caused by the carrier.

Without Transport Protection: We handle claims regarding loss or damage strictly on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee standard store compensation if official carrier tracking proves the package was delivered or if the carrier denies responsibility.

With Transport Protection: CreviRest fully guarantees a solution in the form of a complimentary replacement reshipment or a full refund.

📍 Track & Trace

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking Discrepancies: Tracking data is generated by external logistics lines. In rare instances, local tracking info may show "delivered" while an end-customer claims non-received. In these specific circumstances, CreviRest will launch an official investigation with the carrier, which can take 1–2 months to resolve.
Untrackable Shipping Routes: We do not utilize untrackable economic shipping methods for standard destinations to protect the security of your order.

⚖️ Transfer of Risk

As soon as your order is successfully handed over to the final postal carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as the consumer, unless you invoke your statutory rights in the event of non-conforming delivery. When purchasing Transport Protection, CreviRest.com remains entirely responsible for the package safety until it is marked as delivered.

📬 Non-Delivery, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take product quality seriously. If you receive an incorrect product or a package with missing parts, please contact us immediately at contact@CreviRest.com.

Strict Inspection Windows (Strict Reporting Deadlines)
To qualify for a replacement, resend, or refund from our distributed network, issues must be reported within these firm windows following tracking delivery:
Electronic Products & Gadgets: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Ordinary/Standard Products (Non-Electronic): Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Your standard statutory 2-year warranty rights under EU consumer legislation remain fully active for verified manufacturing defects.

Required Verification Material
Every claim must be accompanied by:
1. Clear photos or video evidence proving the defect, damage, or wrong item. (If the defect is functional and cannot be captured in a photo, a short video is mandatory).
2. Sizing Claims: If an item is suspected to be the wrong size or SKU, you must provide a photo displaying the item being measured accurately with a physical measuring tape.

Minor Imperfections & Exclusions
We do not issue full refunds for minor, non-functional cosmetic variations caused by international shipping or manufacturing variances, including:
Loose threads, slight wrinkles, or tiny surface scratches.
Damaged outer packaging/boxes (if the inner product itself is completely unharmed and functional).
Missing minor accessories or non-essential parts (in these cases, we will reship the missing accessory or part rather than offering a full refund).
Customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong color/SKU, or providing an incorrect shipping address).

Returns are handled in accordance with our dedicated Return and Refund Policy:
You have 30 days after receipt to register a return without giving a reason.
Following registration, you have 14 days to physically mail the product back.
Important: You must contact customer service for specific return instructions and addresses prior to shipping. Do not return items to an unauthorized address or origin warehouse.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer, and we highly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Hygiene Exclusions: Sealed products (such as car air fresheners and fragrance items) cannot be returned if their protective seal has been broken after delivery.
