1.Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We work with international logistics networks to deliver your items. Because of this, delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs clearance procedures, and chosen shipping methods.
1.1 Standard Shipping Delivery Windows
An order is only considered legally "delayed" if it exceeds the following transit windows after leaving our international warehouse facility:
United States: 45 days.
Brazil: 110 days (due to strict local customs clearance protocols).
Liquid Line / Specialty Items: 100 days worldwide.
All Other Standard Destinations: 60 days.
> Note on Local Deliveries: Sometimes, a local postal carrier marks a package as "pending" or "unclaimed" due to an insufficient address, incorrect phone number, or lack of a secure delivery location. In certain regions (e.g., Israel), packages are systematically redirected to self-pickup cabinets. In these cases, it is the customer's responsibility to contact or visit their local post office to claim the package.
1.2 Destination & Tracking Restrictions
Due to strict international transportation limits and non-trackable regional shipping routes, we cannot accept order disputes, cancellations, or refund requests for packages shipped to the following destinations or via untrackable economy methods (such as PostNL, Electric PostNL, CJPacket Postal/Railway Economy):
Restricted Destinations include (but are not limited to): Ukraine, Afghanistan, Argentina, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, various island nations, and remote territories. Please contact customer support prior to purchasing if you are unsure of your region's eligibility.
Remote Addresses: Deliveries to designated remote regions may incur additional shipping surcharges.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Standard Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
2.1 How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 30-day period via:

Online: The return form on our website.
Upon notifying us, you have exactly 14 days to physically ship the product back to our designated return address.
2.2 Information Required with Your Return
To process your request efficiently, you must provide:
1.Your Order Number.
2. The Reason for the return (optional, but highly appreciated).
3. The Condition of the product (unopened, opened, or used).
2.3 Product Condition Requirements
You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical retail store. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned:
In good, clean, and undamaged condition.
Complete with all original accessories, parts, and manuals.
If possible, inside its original packaging.
> Value Reductions: If an item has been used beyond what is strictly necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and baseline functionality, we reserve the right to apply a proportionate reduction to your refund amount.
2.4 Return Costs
The direct costs associated with returning a product are the sole responsibility of the consumer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. CreviRest cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the logistics provider.

3. Policy Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal and standard refund policies do not apply to the following categories:
Hygiene & Health Protection Products (Sealed Items): Products whose seals have been broken after delivery cannot be returned for hygienic and health protection reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, sealed fragrance products (e.g., car air fresheners) and personal care items.
Customized/POD Goods: Print-on-Demand (POD) or custom-made items cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is processed and production begins.
Preorder Inventory: Special wholesale preorders secured uniquely for your account cannot be canceled.
Media & Digital Products: Digital downloads or custom video/photo assets cannot be canceled once delivery or preparation has commenced.
Unacceptable Customer Disputes: We do not issue refunds if the customer ordered the incorrect size/SKU, provided an incorrect shipping address, or simply decided they "do not like" the item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We maintain strict quality control standards. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right with a replacement, resend, or refund.
4.1 Reporting Windows & Proof Required
To report an issue, you must contact contact@CreviRest.com within 48 hours of delivery (and strictly within 30 days for ordinary or electronic goods). You must provide the following verification:
1. Clear photo or video evidence proving the damage, defect, or incorrect item. (If a photo cannot clearly depict a functional defect, a video is required).
2. Measurements: For sizing complaints, a photo showing the product being measured with a standard measuring tape using correct placement methods is required.
4.2 Resolutions for Issues
Badly Damaged Items: Eligible for a full refund or a complete replacement.
Partially Damaged Items: Eligible for a partial refund or replacement (minor, non-functional flaws like loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches do not qualify for a full refund).
Fragile Products: A refund is highly recommended over a resend due to the risks of long-distance international transit.
Damaged Outer Boxes: Because of long-distance international shipping, we cannot offer refunds or after-sale service for damaged outer packaging/boxes if the inner product remains fully functional.
Incorrect Products: Full refund or replacement.
Missing Parts/Accessories: If the missing part does not affect basic function, we will issue a partial refund or send the missing component. If it breaks essential functionality, a full replacement item will be sent.

5. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: You may request a full cancellation and refund only before the order has been processed or packed by our international warehouse facility. Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be stopped, and you must wait to receive the item to initiate a standard return.
Exclusions: As noted in Section 3, customized (POD) goods, preorder inventory, and specialized media items are entirely exempt from cancellation once payment is completed.

6. Refunds Processing
Once your return package is safely received and inspected at our designated facility, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
Refund timelines take up to 14 days from the moment we receive the physical product back, or from the moment you provide verifiable, official proof of return shipment.

7. Force Majeure
CreviRest is not responsible for any product damages, delivery delays, or failures arising from an Act of God or extraordinary external circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: epidemic situations, international conflicts, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, severe winter weather, or sudden domestic/foreign customs inspections. We will make every effort to communicate delays proactively via email.
